[PenangOhPenang.]

It was a 3D2N trip. We stayed in Hard Rock Hotel.. Environment there was nice.. Beach and sea water was clean.. Enjoyed throughout the trip.. The only thing we were not satisfied was the receptionist. Basically we lost one of the room's cards.. Then we searched our rooms, couldn't find it.. So my we approached the receptionist and asked them whether there's anyone who found the card and returned it as we suspect one of us dropped it somewhere. The person we asked was a guy.. He said he didn't see anyone returned cards.. Okay fine. So we asked him to check with the other two receptionists.. Cause eventhough he didn't see it doesn't mean the others didn't see it too right? Right right right right right? Ohhh yeahhh~ So he walked to the girl beside him and asked her lo.. This was what she said. (In mandarin) "Mei you.(means no) Charge ta men 15 kuai" The way she said it was like ''DAI SEI LAH YOU GUYS" And her attitude was really UGH. I feel like SLAPPING her =.= They didn't even bother to check the box which is meant for returned cards and straightaway say no. Abit disappointed LAH.. Then we just walked off and went for lunch...
